1. A conversation between a boy and a girl. Разговор между юношей и девушкой.

- Здравствуйте!  Hello!
- Добрый день! - Good afternoon!
- Давайте знакомиться! Меня Зовут Слава - Let's get aquainted! My name is Slava.
- Давайте! Меня зовут Лариса. - Sure! My name is Larissa.
- Кто вы по профессии, Лариса? -What is your profession, Larissa?
- Я студентка. А вы кем работаете? - I'm a student. And what do you do for as living?
- Я работаю преподавателем. - I work as a teacher.

- Добрый день, коллеги! Позвольте представить Билла! Билл работает в компании Misrosoft юристом.
- Good afternoon colleagues! Let me introduce Bill to you! Bill works for Microsoft company as a lawyer.
- Здравствуйте, Билл! Рады вас видеть! Позвольте представить моих коллег. Дмитрий Осинцев - директор компании.
-Hello Bill ! Glad to meet you! Let me introduce my colleagues to you. Dmitry Osintsev - the director of the company.
-Очень приятно, Дмитрий! (жмёт ему руку)
-Very nice to meet you, Dmitry! (shakes his hand)
- А это Егор Петров - его помощник. And this is Egor Petrov - his assistant.
-Очень приятно, Егор! (жмёт ему руку) Very nice to meet you, Egor! (shakes his hand)
- А меня зовут Алексей Гинский. Я работаю переводчиком в этой компании
-And my name is Alexey Ginsky. I work as a translator in this company
-Очень приятно! Давайте обсуждать вопросы! -Very nice to meet you. Let's start to discuss questions!

3. Conversation between two good friends.Разговор двух хороших друзей.

-Ваня, ты где сейчас работаешь?- Vanya, where do you work now?
-Я работаю на заводе. А ты где работаешь, Лёша? - I work at the factory. And where do you work, Lyosha?
-Я работаю в магазине. - I work in a store.
-Кем ты работаешь?- What is your position?
- Я работаю охранником - I work as a security guard.


4. Mother and a kid. Where is... Где...?

-Мама, а где книга? -Mom where is the book?
-Книга на полке. -The book is on the shelf.
-А где полка? -And where is the shelf?
-Полка в комнате - the shelf is in the room.
А где комната? - And where is the room?
Комната в квартире - The room is in the apartment.
А где квартира? - And where is the apartment?
Квартира в доме. The apartment is in the house.
А где дом? And where is the house?
Дом в городе. Хватит! The house is in the city.That's enough.

 

5. Conversation between 2 school friends. Разговор двух школьных друзей.

-Витя, ты учишься или работаешь?-Vitya, do you work or study?
-Я учусь. -I study.
-Где ты учишься? -Where do you study?
- Я учусь в университете. - I study at the University.
-А это твоя подруга? -And is this your girlfriend?
-Ага. Это Ксюша. Ей двенадцать лет. -Aha. This is Ksyusha. She's twelve years old.
-Давайте играть вместе! -Let's play together!

6. Conversation at the bank. Разговор в банке.

-Здравствуйте! Чем я могу вам помочь? -Hello! What can I do for you?
-Здравствуйте! Я хотел бы открыть счет в вашем банке. -Hi! I'd like to open an account with your bank.
-Скажите, пожалуйста, где вы работаете? - Please tell me where you work.
-Я работаю в компании ААА. -I work at company AAA.
-Кем вы работаете?- What is your position?
-Я работаю переводчиком.- I work as a translator.
-Спасибо. -Thank you.

 


7. Friends. Друзья.

-Кто это? -Who is it?
-Это мои друзья.  Это Иван и Костя.- They are my friends. This is Ivan and Kostya.
-Чем они занимаются? -What do they do for a living?
-Костя студент. А Иван работает в большой компании. -Kostya is a student. And Ivan works for a large company.
-Кем он работает? What's his position?
-Он работает менеджером. He works as a manager.
-Понятно. I see.
