Nearly fifty years ago my major course of study at Penn State University was the Russian language. While I mastered the grammer and learned much vocabulary, I developed little proficiency in speaking and understanding the spoken word. I had no opportunity to hear the language other than on tape in a language laboratory. Your site provides a excellent approach to learning Russian using native speakers and colorful graphic presentations of the language in a variety of formats about real life situations. You have revived my interest in Russian by your very interesting and practical approach.
