I haven't found a lot of video footage of Yekaterinburg on the Internet in English so I thought I had to make up for it! I was born in this beautiful town and I still live here. Although it's mainly known for the Tsar family brutal murder it has many other things to offer. The town has been a closed one for western tourists for the most part of the 20th century that's why not so many people know about it. It is the 4th largest city in population in Russia (after Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk) and its an industrial center of the Ural region. It was founded in 1723 by Peter I as an industrial capital of Russia and remains such today. So I grabbed a video camera and drove around town shooting the most spectacular scenes.
