there will be none. the only people who are going to suffer from this are alcohilics and they definitely lack the power to organise and protest anything )) Well, some store chain owners could say something. I think it is logical to ban such sales because they can only bring trouble and crime when drunks rush to the store at night for another bottle of vodka

Vodka? Вячеслав, all you have mentioned in your postings and lessons have been wine and beer, not vodka, whereas the stereotype is that (all) Russians drink (lots of) vodka 
So do only alcoholics drink vodka? Or only young people (to me, you're young ) drink beer and wine? Or are such stereotypes silly?

a lot of people drink vodka on occasions like birthdays, New Year and such
However young people tend to drink more beer and wine rather than vodka or cognac
A lot of men in their 40-50-60es prefer vodka. So this stereotype is true. One has to decide sooner or later if he's in a good shape to drink vodka or opt for something else. I for myself quit drinking vodka long time ago.
